As a member of two MLS's, Suchita had a difficult task of reflecting both markets through her Number1Expert website because of the limitations of the template platform. Her primary niche target, luxury properties, was also not reflected effectively. The property search tool she had been using was an agent version of her broker's solution and was heavily branded to the broker. It was a very basic property search and did not allow for the "sprinkling" of searches on the content pages to quickly and easily engage the user. Given that her website did not reflect her markets and failed to attract potential clients, the quality of leads she received was poor.
Following the Action Agent Roadmap™ process with Suchita, Pro Step Marketing created a strategy to address her need to target markets in Northwest Indiana and the Chicago Loop, the two areas she covers.
