Our Consult Team
Our marketing strategy consultants, led by CEO Tricia Andreassen, have more than 25 years of real estate and real estate marketing experience. We've worked with clients in all 50 states and in other countries. From single agents new to the real estate field looking to build a solid base, to large teams wishing to grow their market share, we take the time to research and understand each client's market position, budget and unique needs to develop an individually-tailored marketing roadmap that encompasses their entire marketing system.
Our Design Team
Our design team is led by Director of Creative Services Andy Myers, who brings to the team a unique combination of experience in both print and website design. Together, our designers have spent more than two decades working in a variety of design platforms, including the Adobe software suite, Microsoft Publisher, Macromedia (Dreamweaver, Flash, Fireworks and Freehand) and Corel Draw.
Our Advanced Strategic/Operations Team
Led by company President Kurt Andreassen, with more than 10 years project management experience, and with Rick Dierbeck V.P. of operations for Advanced Web Strategy and SEO, the operations team keeps our company working like a well-oiled machine. This department oversees the implementation of all Pro Step projects, making sure they are completed efficiently. They also help facilitate client communications, to make sure all the pieces are pulled together.
